Exactly what the hell kind of company are you folks running here?
 *Grins* Talk about top notch! I can't even believe how good this place is. Customer service? Lightening fast. Just like a real company. (( I ~so~ love you folks for that )) Crediting? I am BEYOND IMPRESSED. Most stuff credited. The stuff that didn't? Well, with legitimate proof of purchase it was without hassle and very easy. I most certainly appreciate the efforts put forth by the staff to go the extra mile. It is very much noted. You did not have to and did anyway. To me, it's stuff like this that makes this industry so good. Thank you so very much. These are not just me in a good mood happy feelings either. Really, I have done 3 sites at the same time. One site I have not heard from but they read my ticket request. That's okay, I am of the hope they will soon enough. Now, the other one I'm not really thrilled with. The other not a grade site at all, but here- looked at all my credit requests and denied every single one without explanation. Obviously, I sent in a request ticket asking for an explanation. This, is not a complaint. The items I ordered, I like and want. The Obama coin is a gift for my father. He loves coins, he's never buy it for himself. I had it shipped directly to him in chicago. The PediaPaws I need. I even had the kids hounding me to buy it from commercials lol! So, when I saw the offer it was perfect!! Then there was the progressive book club. I am a Justice Studied Major and I love gaming and reading in my spare time. I live on 10 acres and theres nothing to do around where I live. Internet TV reading gaming. We live on a farm. The thing is, I could care less if they don't credit me. I still have the things I would have gotten, and I'll just NOT **trust** them. And, at least I found out from the gate too, ya know? If I lost out on the trade money, oh well. Deb is a good person that's good enough for me, and hopefully she finds someone else. But still- I want to know "why" 3 good offers were denied. I cannot help but to compare the levels of service is all. They are so far strikingly different. My best friend barely knows computers but wants to try an offer. She is very wary of incentive sites. Given her wariness, it's good to know I'm sending her to a site I can trust. She is my best friend after all. Heh, she is my husband's best friends sister! Anyway, I'll quit rambling now and just leave it at Thanks! --------------------  |
