With the dawn of the new year (our 8th year!), we've got some new features, enhancements, and sites that we're about to roll out.
New feature The first is an expanded referral status. Some of you have been part of the early beta for this, but, it becomes available on all accounts tomorrow. When you obtain referrals, you'll now have the ability to monitor their specific status towards providing credit to you. You'll know when they've clicked on their first offer, completed a partial credit offer, filed a missing credit request, have an active missing credit request right from the progress page. When applicable, it'll also display the reason for a pending hold on their account. Enhancements The "standard" account review times are also decreasing from 2-4 days to 1-3 days. On the surface it may only appear to be 1 day, however, it coincides with our newly deployed process where much more, and in some cases all, can be automatically reviewed by our system instead of everything requiring manual review. Think of it like your personal credit report. As you obtain credit cards, loans, etc, and pay bills on time, your credit report shows that you are a responsible person. After a while, you've established enough of a history and rapport that creditors are able to qualify you for quick or instant automatic approvals and our review system now works in a similar way. Some users have been participating for 3,4,5 years or even from the beginning and that history is automatically taken into consideration. The more you've participated, followed the Terms and Conditions, tried offers / obtained trouble free referrals during your participation, the more aspects there will be to automatically review and, possibly, provide an instant approval on your account and referrals. Also, the missing credit request submission time was lowered to 4 days from the original 7. In cases where the usual reporting time is greater than 4 days though, you must still wait for that time to pass before we are able to pursue those requests with advertisers. New Sites This month will see the launch of a, much requested, fully repeatable referral site! You wanted the chance for unlimited rewards and now you'll have them. For users of our traditional sites, there'll also be a new one launching as well. Additional details on both sites will be coming in the following days!
