I had signed up for one of the Trainn sites awhile ago under some person's referral which I don't recall who. I did not complete any offers or gather any referrals on the site. Am I able to open up an another account on that site under a different referral and complete an offer?

I recall that I saw that it was fine to do this since I have not gathered any referrals or done an offer. Just wanted to make sure and double check.

yes, you can abandon that account. Find someone else to sign up under and just use another email but all other info has to be the same

make sure you do not pursue the old account after that !

I did that once myself.
I would also suggest to submit a support ticket explaining the situation- that will certainly insure that you will not be put on hold.
