I am trying to complete some offers to go green but it seems like the 2 credit cards that I have can't be used.
 I am using a greendot prepaid card and a paypal debit but they seem not to work. Is there any other cards that i can get to complete offers without signing up for a bank account? |

definitely no prepaid cards can be used for any offers.

Mez is correct you can not use a prepaid card of any kind.
What happens is the systems can read that those are prepaid cards most of the time and they will take your money and you won't get credit for the offer or you will get credit for the offer and then the company will revoke the credit from you because of it being a prepaid card and then you go on hold for offer fraud. It is to big of a headache for you if you use them and as Mez said I also use my PayPal debit card to do all of my offers and it has never been denied on an offer that I am doing but there is a slim few that won't take it.
