I've had an open support ticket for a week now with no response. Any help would be appreciated. Also, it said my item has shipped but no tracking info has been entered. Just wondering what's up? Thanks again!

When the rep reviewed the original ticket, it had been mis-interpreted as a comment instead of a question so it had not received a reply. The follow-up from Saturday was answered earlier today though with delivery information.
