I've had an open support ticket for a week now with no response. Any help would be appreciated. Also, it said my item has shipped but no tracking info has been entered. Just wondering what's up? Thanks again! |

When the rep reviewed the original ticket, it had been mis-interpreted as a comment instead of a question so it had not received a reply. The follow-up from Saturday was answered earlier today though with delivery information.
