To continuously provide a wide-selection of quality offers on a regular basis, FreePay has implemented the following new offer requirements policies that will immediately be in effect for all existing and new users.

Existing Users:

· With a start date of March 1, 2006 – existing users and their associated referrals will have 90 days to complete all offer requirements specific to the FreePay websites of their original account signups.

· Upon completion of all offer requirements, existing users will have the ability to download and print an “Approval Form” that must be filled out in its entirety and mailed with a postmarked date no later than 30 days of completing their offer requirements.

New Users:

· Beginning with the date of new account signups on FreePay websites, new users and their associated referrals will have 90 days to complete all offer requirements specific to the FreePay websites of their new accounts signups.

· Upon completion of all offer requirements, new users will have the ability to download and print an “Approval Form” that must be filled out in its entirety and mailed with a postmarked date no later than 30 days of completing their offer requirements.

PLEASE NOTE: If all offer requirements have been met within 30 days of a new account signup, the “Approval Form” will not be available for downloading until after those 30 days.

This "official" word sucks. We already knew this. We can read the TOS.

I guess flipping between A4F and FiPG I was expecting a reason. Maybe a "hey we're sorry, but this is the way it is"

So those of us that are "pending approval" have nothing to worry about right? We dont have to change anything?

As much as I hate the 'new conditions' I am willing to say alright to them in regards to the ipods psps and other relatively low referral acquiring prizes.

But seriously. 20 referrals for a laptop in 90 days?? I am NOT turning this into a full time job!
It is hard enough to get referrals from people who are unaware of the program and think it's a scam or don't want to part with their credit cards or various other reasons NOT to sign up.

There is NO WAY that I can get 20 referrals in 90 days without busting my a$$ to do it.

How is that fair by any stretch of the imagination?

1 ipod = 5 referrals = 90 days
1 laptop = 20 referrals = 1 year at the very very very LEAST...please!
I have just opened my laptop account and was moments away from completing an offer. Maybe I shouldn't bother since I only have less than 3 months remaining.

I submitted for the approval BEFORE March 1 (actually February 28th). WHY now I have to send the approval form? It says that these rules apply starting from March 1st....I was in approval process by that day.... It is nonsense.

Why does the form ask for a seven digit user ID when user ids are EIGHT NUMBERS!?!

This seems to me (my initial reaction) is that this is a step back. But, I guess they are trying to fight off an increase in fraudulent activity.

I don't like it though.

I expect this will actually increase scamming now because everyone will be in a hurry to finish their offers cuz the scammer knows that all they gotta do is hold out for 90 days and it wont matter anyway.

I am now done with FreePay.

Maybe FreePay should spend more time figuring out how to get xBox360s out to customers who have been waiting months instead of destroying their business. Talk about a bad business move.

i think thats what they want

and another thing. what if I finish my last two refs...mail in the approval form...wait four weeks..only then find out that some of the refs are bad. get more refs and submit another form...and wait another month.That's at least a month of wasted time.
