i got a new computer today since my old one died yesterday (R.I.P Sandy 2002-2008).
I had some in progress sites from my old computer. Could i still complete those sites since it would be a different IP?

Are you using the same internet connection? If so you should be fine. I have three computers and use all of those to access accounts. They are all in my house it just depends on which one I am using at the time I want to check. If you are using a different internet connection and are worried just drop them a support ticket telling them your story so they can note your account.

Usually a site will only penalize you if your IP matches one of your referrals IP's. Or an IP of another user of their site. So, you should be good to go!
