I'm looking to start some kind of site for some paypal but i dont want it to be a lot of referals. It like about 300 bucks. Let me know of a good one to start. thanks

Yeah they have some easyish offers but you'll find that many offers that would normally be full credit at another network will only be half credit..which also means that you'll need to find refs that are willing to do two offers to give you full credit.

Also, many of their 1/4 credit offers are 1/2 credit offers on some of the Grade A-B sites.
