GameFly Enters the Freebie Scene With Free DS Lite
This is a great promo from an established brand. If you sign up as a paid member and refer 5 friends to do the same, you will score a free DS lite. This is 2 more referrals than Gear.Free4me is looking but if you have friends that are hesitant to sign up for a freebie site, they shouldn’t have any problem doing it through GameFly. From GameFly’s side of things, this is a great way to get some viral marketing out for their service. My only beef is that the referral amount is a bit high for the prize. And for anyone else considering this, it really is a cool service if you play games at all. One of the things I really like about it, beyond the ease of renting, is you also have the option to purchase the games you rent usually. So if rent a game and really dig it after playing for 10 hours straight you can just go back online and purchase it. They send you the brand new package and maunal and such quickly as well. After being a member for a while you start getting bonuses as well, like 10% off purchases and free $5 credits (or both after long enough, lol).
I’m really looking forward to this xmas season and being able to try out all the games without having to buy them all right away.

Super Mario Bros has to be the best game I’ve ever played. My wife is banned from it cause she can’t stop playing it.
