Do you really give out FREE things?
Simply, yes! Despite initial reactions that "this must be a scam" this thought couldn’t be further from the truth. We can afford to give out expensive items due to the commission we get from our clients for getting customers (like yourself!) to try products and services. You are not obliged to carry on with any of these services, although many people do out of choice which is why companies pay us this commission.
When you say "do an offer" what does this mean?
To get your free item you must complete an offer on our site. When you log in you will see a list of our current offers. These change quite regularly, but will usually be very low in price, but usually are around 10 British Pounds. Of course you have no obligation to carry on purchasing products or services from our offer companies but we find that many customers often do!
Will I pay for Shipping costs?
No. We pay all shipping costs where possible, in the case of orders outside of our shipping zone we may offer you the cash alternative for the item (usually paid via PayPal).
Will you send me Junk E-mail?
Certainly not! We hate spam and junk mail as much as you do. Occasionally we send out newsletters informing members about updates to Eurogiveaways.com, which of course you can opt out from if you so wish. We do not ever give your information to other companies.
I completed an offer, but my account status is still not green, why not?
Please note that we manually check all offer completions due to the high level of fraud we experience. In most cases your account will go "green" (to indicate you have successfully completed an offer) within a few days of completion. However, please allow at least 14 days before questioning whether you will get credit as occaisionally in busy periods we may require longer to credit our members. When completing and offer, please be sure to read the instructions carefully. If you have done all this, then please raise a no offer credit report by clicking here.
When will you be getting new offers on your site?
The turnover of new offers varies a lot so we cannot give a specific answer. We usually rotate our offers and have new offers rotated quite frequently, so keep your eyes open!
I have been put on hold, but don't know why, what can I do?
Unfortunately in this circumstance if your account has been placed on hold it will be because you have violated our terms and conditions which can be read in full here. This decision is usually non-reversible and necessary due to the high level of fraudulent activity we receive.
I have registered with one of the companies on your offer list but I cannot purchase the trial product or service, what should I do?
We do not have any control over our offer companies systems so please contact the relevant company directly and they will help you with your problem. Alternatively you can chose to do one of our other offers if you are having too many problems with a particular one.
I didn’t see my country on the country list, can I still sign up?
We accept customers from anywhere in the world. Some offers may not be open to your specific country, but the general rule is if you can complete an offer then you will recieve credit for doing so. Please check each specific offer company to see if they accept custom from your country.
